Returns period

We accept returns up to 28 days after delivery, provided the goods are still in saleable condition. This means items must be unused and undamaged, with no tears or writing, and any sealed packs must remain unopened.

Please include your name and a copy of your order confirmation email or invoice so that we can identify the return.

Important: Refunds can only be applied to the original method of payment.

Damaged or incorrect items
If you have received incorrect or faulty goods, please contact our Customer Service team before returning your items by emailing customerservice@gill.ie.

Change of mind returns
If you no longer want your item, please inform our Customer Service team within 14 days of delivery by emailing customerservice@gill.ie.

Send the goods back to us using your local postal service or preferred courier and please enclose your invoice or order confirmation email.

Please note: For change-of-mind returns, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
